Physiology of Fitness

Exercise physiology is the physiology of physical exercise. It is the investigation of the intense reactions and perpetual adjustments to an extensive variety of activity conditions. Exercise physiologists consider the impact of activity on pathology, and the instruments by which exercise can lessen or turn around ailment movement.
